We specialise in Small Self Administered Pension Schemes – ‘SSAS’. For over 40 years, we have been providing expert service and advice for the setting up, running and Trusteeship of SSASs for our clients. Our services range from the initial set up of the SSAS to ongoing monitoring, HMRC required submissions, commercial property purchases and ongoing administration, including valuation of properties, rental monitoring, pension loans for business and borrowing from pension funds . Our job is to ensure that every SSAS works as hard as possible at delivering benefits for the members.
We work alongside an Independent Chartered Firm of Financial Planners, Pool House Advisers, who separately give regulated advice and offer a range of financial services, including: investments, pensions, mortgages and insurance for individuals, and workplace pensions, group insurance and business protection for businesses.
We provide a bespoke, personalised service to our clients (most of whom are business owners) with each of our Directors having a personal association with the owners of the businesses we work for. We understand what is needed to dovetail retirement saving and business growth.

How we charge for our services
All of the services we provide for the assessment, establishment and maintenance of a SSAS are fee based and agreed in advance.
All basic scheme administration is provided under a declared annual charge, whilst all additional services are delivered under a time costed structure agreed in advance of any actions being taken.
